This has happened to me a few times when I was younger (sleep paralysis). I thought I was dying…. Awake, yet not able to move or even speak. Scary stuff…..

I went into sleep paralysis once in my life I was like I’m awake, lets move and then nothing happened and then I had a panic attack eventually I regained control then I was like Oh dang if I fell asleep I could of had a lucid dream
